Welcome to <Confluence of Events>

Confluence of Events was started with just that, a confluence of events that lead everyone here to wonder why they couldn't have a really serious raiding guild during raid days and a casual guild environment during non raid days that is held together by firm rules that are strictly enforced.

You won't find any retarded monkeys in this guild. You won't find anyone that doesn't know how to raid yet in this guild. You won't find anyone that you are afraid to exp group with in this guild. You will find people that don't sugar coat thier message or try to sweep things under the carpet to avoid what they call "drama". If you mess up during a raid here, expect to be told by everyone and their mother, then expect it to be forgotten as everyone moves on. Thin skinned, sensitive individuals that can't handle constructive criticism need not apply. That being said, the criticism will be constructive and will be given with every intention of making you a better <Confluence of Events> raider. After all, we are all in this together.
